The SC Preferred 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate deck measures 60" W x 36" D x 48" H and is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. The kit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments, providing sturdy roll-formed steel framing for maximum support. The open shelves offer four-side access and are adjustable in 1" increments without bolts, nuts, or clips, ensuring easy assembly and expansion. The double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts to form a structurally secure joint, preventing back and side sway and beam rotation under full load. The deck consists of a 1/2" thick stain resistant melamine surface laminated over particle board with pre-cut square edging, coated with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish.
