The SC Preferred 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate deck measures 60"W x 48"D x 48"H and supports a maximum storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments and the open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with front-to-back supports preventing beam rotation when fully loaded. The double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, creating a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 ga steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically in 1" increments. The laminate deck is 1/2" thick with a stain-resistant, easy-to-clean melamine surface featuring a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and pre-cut square white laminated edging. The particle board ships in two pieces.
