The SC Preferred 3 shelf, standard duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate deck measures 96" W x 36" D x 48" H and features a laminate deck designed to maximize storage area. It supports a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level and is suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, and the shelving unit offers four side access for maximum flexibility. Assembly is easy, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, with snap-in components facilitating quick setup. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with front-to-back supports preventing beam rotation when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically in 1" increments. The unit has a chip resistant gray baked enamel finish, with a stain resistant, easy-to-clean melamine surface decking that is 1/2" thick and features pre-cut square edging in white/laminated.
