The SC Preferred 4-shelf heavy-duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage space with a max storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. It features durable roll-formed steel framing and rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers with double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments. The open shelves provide four-side access for maximum flexibility and accommodate various heights, widths, and depths suitable for retail, commercial, and industrial applications. The system uses double rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into corner posts, forming structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. Front-to-back supports prevent beams from rotating under full load. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish protects the unit, while the sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking ships in two pieces for cost-effective solid shelving. Assembly is easy with snap-in components that require no bolts, nuts, or clips, enabling quick expansion and joining of units with greater stability than bolting starter units together.
