The SC Preferred 5 Shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with no decking is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments, making it suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The shelving system is constructed from sturdy roll-formed steel framing with chip resistant gray baked enamel finish, providing maximum support and durability. Front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation when fully loaded, and double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically in 1" increments. The open design allows four-sided access for maximum flexibility. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. Various heights, widths, and depths are available to accommodate nearly every facility area. Decking must be ordered separately. The product complies with industry standards and comes with the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
