The SC Preferred 3 shelf, heavy duty boltless shelving starter with no decking is designed to maximize storage with a maximum storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level, suited for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing flexibility in storage configurations. This durable shelving unit features sturdy roll-formed steel framing for maximum support, with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load. The structure uses double rivet button stud construction locking perimeter beams into corner posts, creating a secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each starter kit includes rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 GA steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically in 1" increments. Its chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish ensures lasting durability. The open design permits four-side access, and assembly is straightforward with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. Various heights, widths, and depths are available to accommodate nearly every facility layout, with decking sold separately.
