The SC Preferred 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate deck measures 72" W x 18" D x 60" H and is designed to maximize storage area with a durable and adaptable structure suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. It supports a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level, featuring open shelves that are adjustable in 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock into the corner posts with double rivet button stud construction to form a structurally secure joint, preventing back and side sway. The shelving unit has sturdy roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports that prevent beam rotation under full load, and the laminate deck is a white melamine surface that is stain resistant, easy to clean, 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging, and chip resistant with a gray baked enamel finish on the steel components. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, allowing for straightforward expansion by joining units with increased stability over bolting units together.
