The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf, standard duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed for retail, commercial, and industrial applications, offering a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. It features durable roll-formed steel framing with chip resistant gray baked enamel finish, providing maximum support with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load. The open design allows four side access and maximum flexibility, with adjustable open shelves at 1" increments. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts to form a structurally secure joint, eliminating back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 ga steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable in 1" vertical increments. The package includes sturdy, smooth, precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking shipped in two pieces.
