The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing for flexible storage configurations. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams that lock perimeter beams into corner posts to form a structurally secure joint, preventing back and side sway, and front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, while the chip resistant gray baked enamel finish ensures durability. The package includes snap-in components for easy assembly with no bolts, nuts, or clips required. The smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking offers a cost-effective, solid surface for storage.
