The SC Preferred™ 4 shelf, standard duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed to maximize storage with a max storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. It features durable, adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, accommodating various heights, widths, and depths. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments and offer four side access for maximum flexibility. The shelving is easy to assemble with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. It includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 GA steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically at 1" increments, and sturdy roll-formed steel framing for maximum support. Front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation when fully loaded, while double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability. Wire decking allows ventilation, visibility, and light penetration while enabling sprinkler water to pass throughout racks, improving fire safety and lowering insurance premiums. The particle board ships in two pieces, and the product is designed for easy set-up without the use of nuts, bolts, or clips.
