The SC Preferred 4-shelf standard duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage area in retail, commercial, and industrial applications, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. The unit features durable and adaptable storage with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments and easy assembly requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The open design allows four-sided access for maximum flexibility and snap-in components enable quick setup. Expansion is facilitated by joining units for more stability with less construction compared to bolting starter units together. Sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with front-to-back supports preventing beam rotation under full load. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T-posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability, and the unit includes sturdy, smooth, precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking, which ships in two pieces.
