The SC Preferred 3 shelf, standard duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed for retail, commercial, and industrial storage, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. The unit features durable, adaptable open shelves that are adjustable in 1" increments, allowing for flexible storage options. Easy assembly requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, utilizing snap-in components for quick setup. The shelving system includes sturdy roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under load, and double rivet button stud construction that locks perimeter beams into corner posts, providing structurally secure joints and eliminating sway. Each add-on unit contains rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically on 1" increments. The shelves are covered with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish. The solid decking consists of smooth, precut 5/8" thick particleboard, shipped in two pieces for cost-effective and durable storage surfaces.
