The SC Preferred™ 3 Shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial spaces, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1800 lbs. per level. The kit includes 2" x 1", 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments, providing durable and adaptable storage with open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments. The open design allows four-side access, offering maximum flexibility, while wire decking enables ventilation, visibility, light penetration, and easy sprinkler water passage to improve fire safety. The shelving system features a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and employs sturdy roll-formed steel framing with double rivet button stud construction that locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, ensuring quick setup.
