The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf, standard duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed to maximize your storage area with a max storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level and is suitable for retail, commercial, and industrial applications. It features durable and adaptable storage with open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. The open design allows four side access for maximum flexibility, and the sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. The wire decking promotes ventilation, visibility, and light penetration while allowing sprinkler water to pass through easily, enhancing fire safety.
