The SC Preferred 4 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with no decking is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. It provides durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, featuring open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The unit offers easy assembly with no bolts, nuts, or clips required, using snap-in components for quick setup. Various heights, widths, and depths are available to accommodate nearly every facility area, with an open design allowing four-side access for maximum flexibility. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, and front-to-back supports help prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments. The unit features a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish. Decking is ordered separately. The product is designed for easy expansion by joining units with more stability and less construction than bolting two starter units together.
