The SC Preferred™ 4 Shelf Heavy Duty Boltless Shelving Starter with wire decking is designed to maximize storage space in retail, commercial, and industrial settings, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments, with open shelves that are adjustable in 1" increments as well. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, and the double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the corner posts to form structurally secure joints, eliminating back and side sway. The wire decking promotes ventilation, visibility, and light penetration, allowing sprinkler water to pass through easily, which improves fire safety and lowers insurance premiums. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish ensures durability, and assembly is quick and easy without the need for bolts, nuts, or clips. The open design also allows four-side access, providing maximum flexibility.
