The SC Preferred 2 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with laminate deck is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial spaces, accommodating various heights, widths, and depths. Each shelf level supports a maximum storage weight of 1500 lbs. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing flexible configuration. The starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 GA steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock into corner posts with double rivet button stud construction, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. The shelving features a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and stain-resistant, easy-to-clean melamine surface decking that measures 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging in a white laminated design. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips.
