The SC Preferred 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate deck measures 72" W x 18" D x 84" H and is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features sturdy roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded, and double rivet button stud construction that locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and stain-resistant, easy-to-clean white melamine laminate surface decking, which is 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging, combine durability with ease of maintenance. The open shelves are adjustable in 1" increments and the shelving is adaptable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility. Assembly is easy and tool-free, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, with snap-in components that facilitate quick setup. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically on 1" increments. Particle board ships in two pieces. This shelving system supports various heights, widths, and depths to accommodate nearly every facility area.
