The SC Preferred™ 4 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial spaces with a maximum storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support while front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation under full load. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments using double rivet button stud construction that locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. The add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability. Easy assembly requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, utilizing snap-in components. The smooth, precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking is provided in two pieces for a cost-effective solid surface. Various heights, widths, and depths allow the shelving to adapt to nearly every facility area, and the open design allows four side access for maximum flexibility.
