The SC Preferred™ 4 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock perimeter beams into corner posts, providing a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. The shelving has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking that ships in two pieces. It is easy to assemble with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, offering an open design with four-side access for maximum flexibility. Various heights, widths, and depths accommodate nearly every facility area, making expansion simple by joining units with more stability and less construction compared to bolting two starter units together.
