The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize your storage area with a max storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level, making it durable and adaptable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, providing flexibility with various heights, widths, and depths to accommodate nearly every area of your facility. The shelving features an open design allowing four side access and front-to-back supports to help prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. It includes rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock perimeter beams into the corner post, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing offers maximum support, and the shelving has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish. The wood decking consists of sturdy, smooth, precut 5/8" thick particleboard, which ships in two pieces and provides cost-effective solid decking.
