The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage areas with a max storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. Suitable for retail, commercial, and industrial applications, it features durable, adaptable storage with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments and an open design allowing four-side access for maximum flexibility. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing includes 2" x 1-1/2" 14 ga steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that prevents back and side sway. Front-to-back supports help prevent beam rotation under full load. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The unit includes smooth, precut 5/8" thick chip-resistant gray baked enamel particleboard decking shipped in two pieces, offering a cost-effective solid surface.
