The SC Preferred™ 2 Shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed to maximize storage capacity with a max storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable construction suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1", 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock into corner posts through double rivet button stud construction, eliminating back and side sway. The open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility, while wire decking provides ventilation, visibility, light penetration, and sprinkler water passage to improve fire safety. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing supports the structure, and the chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish ensures long-lasting durability. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips.
