The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed for retail, commercial, and industrial applications to maximize storage areas with various heights, widths, and depths available. It features open shelves adjustable at 1" increments, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock into corner posts to form a structurally secure joint, eliminating back and side sway. The wire decking allows ventilation, visibility, and light penetration, and sprinkler water passes throughout the racks easily to improve fire safety. The framing is made of sturdy roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips.
