The SC Preferred 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed to maximize your storage area with a maximum storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1", 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint to eliminate back and side sway. The open design allows four side access for maximum flexibility, and wire decking promotes ventilation, visibility, light penetration, and sprinkler water flow, enhancing fire safety. The structure uses sturdy roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load, and it has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish. Assembly is easy with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. Particle board included ships in two pieces. Warranty terms apply.
