The SC Preferred™ 4 shelf, heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. It offers durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing flexibility, and the open design provides four side access. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The shelving features sturdy roll-formed steel framing for maximum support, with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts for a structurally secure joint, eliminating back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically in 1" increments. The unit has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and includes sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking that ships in two pieces, providing a cost-effective solid surface.
