The SC Preferred 5 Shelf standard duty boltless shelving starter unit with no decking is designed to maximize storage area with a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, and the open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments. The shelving system allows four-side access for maximum flexibility and easy assembly with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with front-to-back supports that prevent beams from rotating when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically in 1" increments. It has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish, and decking is sold separately.
