The SC Preferred 3 shelf, standard duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage areas with a max storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The shelving system offers easy assembly with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. Various heights, widths, and depths are available to fit nearly every facility area. The open design provides four-side access for maximum flexibility, while expansion is simplified by joining units with more stability and less construction than bolting two starter units together. The structure includes sturdy roll-formed steel framing, front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load, and double rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The finish is chip-resistant gray baked enamel, and the decking consists of sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard that ships in two pieces.
