The SC Preferred™ 4 Shelf standard duty boltless shelving add-on with wire decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial spaces, accommodating various heights, widths, and depths. It supports a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level with durable, adaptable construction. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, and the open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility. Assembly is easy with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, and expansion is facilitated by joining units with more stability and less construction than bolting two starter units together. The shelving features sturdy roll-formed steel framing for maximum support, front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under load, and double rivet button stud construction locking perimeter beams into corner posts to eliminate back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T-posts punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability. Wire decking provides ventilation, visibility, light penetration, and allows sprinkler water to pass through easily, improving fire safety and lowering insurance premiums. Particle board (if included) ships in two pieces.
