The SC Preferred™ 3 Shelf standard duty boltless shelving add-on with wire decking is designed to maximize storage space with a max storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level, suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial applications. The shelving features durable and adaptable construction with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments, allowing four-side access for maximum flexibility. It includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams that lock into corner posts using double rivet button stud construction, providing a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing and front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation under full load. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability, while the wire decking supports ventilation, visibility, and light penetration, facilitating sprinkler water flow for improved fire safety. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The particle board ships in two pieces.
