The SC Preferred 3-shelf standard duty boltless shelving add-on with wire decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial facilities, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. It includes rugged 14-gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments, providing durable and adaptable storage with sturdy roll-formed steel framing for maximum support. The open shelves allow four-sided access for flexibility, with wire decking that permits ventilation, visibility, light penetration, and sprinkler water flow to enhance fire safety. The shelving has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish, front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded, and double rivet button stud construction locking perimeter beams into corner posts to form a structurally secure joint, eliminating back and side sway. Units are easy to assemble with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, enabling easy expansion and stable joining of units. Particle board shelves ship in two pieces.
