The SC Preferred 5 shelf, standard duty boltless shelving add-on with wire decking is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, with an open design allowing four side access for maximum flexibility. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, while front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation under full load. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the corner posts, forming structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish adds durability. The wire decking allows ventilation, visibility, light penetration, and easy sprinkler water passage, improving fire safety.
