The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf standard duty boltless shelving add-on with wire decking is designed to maximize storage area and support a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments, suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open design allows four side access, providing maximum flexibility, and the kit includes rugged 14 ga steel T posts punched on 1" centers, as well as double riveted horizontal beams that lock into the corner post with double rivet button stud construction, eliminating back and side sway while preventing beam rotation under full load. The shelving system uses a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and includes wire decking that allows ventilation, visibility, and light penetration, facilitating sprinkler water flow for improved fire safety. Assembly is easy without bolts, nuts, or clips, using snap-in components that enable stable expansion by joining add-on units. Particle board ships in two pieces.
