The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf standard duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage capacity with a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, offering various heights, widths, and depths to fit almost any facility area. The open shelves are adjustable in 1" increments to provide flexibility, and the open design allows four-side access. Assembly is easy and does not require bolts, nuts, or clips, utilizing snap-in components for quick setup. The shelving is constructed with sturdy roll-formed steel framing for maximum support, and front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation under load. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the corner post, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers with double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically on 1" increments. The shelves are finished with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel coating, and the 5/8" thick precut particleboard provides a cost-effective, solid decking surface, shipped in two pieces. The product is built to industrial standards and carries a warranty as specified by the manufacturer.
