The SC Preferred 3 shelf standard duty boltless shelving add-on, without decking, is designed to maximize storage space in retail, commercial, and industrial settings. It supports a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level and features durable, adaptable open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility, and the shelving is constructed from sturdy roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the corner posts, creating structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically in 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. Various heights, widths, and depths accommodate nearly every facility area, and decking is sold separately.
