The SC Preferred 2 Shelf standard duty boltless shelving add-on with no decking is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments. Its sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, while front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. The double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the corner post, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically in 1" increments. The open design allows four-sided access for maximum flexibility. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish ensures durability, and easy assembly requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, using snap-in components instead. Expansion is simplified by joining units with more stability and less construction compared to bolting two starter units together. Decking is ordered separately.
