The SC Preferred™ 5 Shelf standard duty boltless shelving add-on with wire decking is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. It is durable and adaptable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, featuring open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams that lock into corner posts for structural security and eliminate sway, and wire decking that allows ventilation, visibility, and light penetration while facilitating sprinkler water flow to improve fire safety. The shelving has a chip resistant gray baked enamel finish and offers four side access for maximum flexibility. Assembly is easy and requires no bolts, nuts, or clips. The particle board ships in two pieces. Front-to-back supports help prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. The shelving meets applicable compliance standards related to industrial storage systems.
