The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf standard duty boltless shelving add-on with wire decking is designed for retail, industrial, and commercial storage, offering a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, and the snap-in components allow easy assembly without bolts, nuts, or clips. This unit features sturdy roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded, and double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts to eliminate back and side sway. The add-on includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability. Wire decking promotes ventilation, visibility, light penetration, and allows sprinkler water to pass through easily, improving fire safety. Particle board ships in two pieces.
