The SC Preferred 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with no decking is designed to maximize your storage area, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, offering flexibility in configuration. This shelving unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, while front-to-back supports help prevent beams from rotating when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. The open design allows four-side access, and the chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability. Easy assembly requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, with snap-in components facilitating quick setup. This add-on unit allows expansion with more stability and less construction than bolting two starter units together. Decking is sold separately.
