The SC Preferred™ 2 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level, suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. It features durable, adaptable open shelves adjustable at 1" increments, with easy assembly requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, while front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation under full load. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the corner post, creating a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable in 1" increments. The unit has a chip resistant gray baked enamel finish. The shelving comes with sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking, shipped in two pieces.
