The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed for retail, commercial, and industrial storage, accommodating a max storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. It features durable, adaptable open shelves adjustable at 1" increments with snap-in components for easy assembly—no bolts, nuts, or clips required. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing includes 2" x 1-1/2" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock perimeter beams into corner posts, preventing back and side sway and beam rotation under load. The package includes rugged uprights, double rivet button stud construction, front-to-back supports, and chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish. The shelving offers four-side access for maximum flexibility and includes smooth, precut 5/8" thick particleboard solid decking shipped in two pieces, providing a cost-effective solution for maximizing storage space.
