The SC Preferred 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with no decking is designed to maximize your storage area, offering a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It is suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces and features open shelves adjustable at 1" increments for adaptable storage. The shelving unit has an open design allowing four-side access for maximum flexibility, and it is constructed from sturdy roll-formed 14 gauge steel framing with chip resistant gray baked enamel finish. The framing includes punched T posts on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock into corner posts using double rivet button stud construction, ensuring a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. Assembly is easy with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, facilitating expansion and joining with more stability and less construction than bolting two starter units together. Decking is ordered separately.
