The SC Preferred 3 Shelf Heavy Duty Boltless Shelving Add On with Laminate Deck measures 72" W x 48" D x 48" H and is designed to maximize storage area in retail, commercial, and industrial spaces. It features a durable roll-formed steel frame with 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments. This boltless shelving system supports a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs per level and includes a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish on the steel components. The shelves have a stain-resistant, easy-to-clean white laminated melamine surface decking measuring 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging. The open design provides four-sided access and allows quick and easy assembly without the need for bolts, nuts, or clips by using snap-in components and double rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway. Front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation under load. Particle board decking ships in two pieces, and the shelving kit is adaptable for various heights, widths, and depths to fit nearly any facility layout.
