The SC Preferred 4 shelf standard duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate deck measures 96"W x 18"D x 60"H and is designed to maximize storage area with a stain-resistant, easy-to-clean 1/2" thick melamine surface decking with pre-cut square edging in white laminated finish. It supports a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level and features durable, adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments using rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically, with sturdy roll-formed steel framing providing maximum support and front-to-back supports preventing beam rotation when fully loaded. The double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Easy assembly requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, using snap-in components, allowing expansion by joining units with more stability and less construction than bolting starter units together. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability. The particle board ships in two pieces.
