The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, industrial, and commercial spaces with various heights, widths, and depths available to accommodate nearly every facility. Each level supports a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. Open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, and the sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load. The double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the corner posts, creating a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. The starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically at 1" increments, and a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish. The kit features sturdy, smooth, precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking that ships in two pieces. Assembly is easy and requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, using snap-in components for quick setup.
