The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage capacity with a maximum storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments. The shelving system offers various heights, widths, and depths to fit nearly any facility area, and its open design allows access from four sides for maximum flexibility. Assembly is easy, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, utilizing snap-in components instead. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, and front-to-back supports help prevent beam rotation under load. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the corner posts to form a structurally secure joint, eliminating back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically in 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability, and the sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard provides solid, cost-effective decking.
