The SC Preferred™ 4 shelf, standard duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed for retail, commercial, and industrial storage, accommodating a max storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. It features durable 2" x 1-1/2" 14 gauge roll-formed steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments, and front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load. The open design allows four-sided access for maximum flexibility, with adjustable open shelves at 1" increments. The shelving unit uses double rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway and forming a secure structural joint. It includes sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking, which ships in two pieces, and a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish. The system is easy to assemble without the need for bolts, nuts, or clips.
