The SC Preferred™ 4 shelf, standard duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial applications. Each level supports a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing customization for various storage needs. The shelving features durable roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full loads, and double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, creating a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. The kit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish provides durability, while the sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking offers a cost-effective solid surface that ships in two pieces. Assembly is simple and requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, as snap-in components allow for easy setup and expansion by joining multiple units with greater stability than bolting starter units together.
