The SC Preferred 2 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage area with a maximum storage weight of 1800 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments for flexibility. The shelving uses sturdy roll-formed steel framing for maximum support, with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, creating a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish protects the surface, while the sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking offers a cost-effective solid platform. Assembly is easy with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, and units can be expanded by joining add-ons for increased stability with less construction effort.
