The SC Preferred™ 3 Shelf Heavy Duty Boltless Shelving Starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial spaces, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1800 lbs. per level. The unit features durable roll-formed steel framing with 2" x 1-1/2" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments. Front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation when fully loaded, while double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts to eliminate back and side sway, forming a structurally secure joint. The open design allows four-sided access for flexibility, and the open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments. The package includes rugged steel uprights and double riveted horizontal beams for easy snap-in assembly without the need for bolts, nuts, or clips. The shelving features a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish, and sturdy, smooth, precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking provides a cost-effective solid surface.
